Find FAT table
You can search for FAT Boot sector
FAT??[space][space]
And scroll some sectors down
If sector geometry is 512/16, you can search for start of table
f8ffff/h/528/0
Search for part of FAT16 table
0107020703070407/h
Search for part of FAT32 table
010700000207000003070000/h

Enumerate sectors
You can learn how to enumerate sectors (here)
Your task:
- take notepad
- goto middle of FAT table
- start to write sector numbers on paper
- do this while you can see periods (not less then 20 sectors)
Examples
- no mix
- mix from 2 parts
- mix from 4 parts
If sectors is in haotic order, may be you exemining block with Sector Updates, try find other block

First look at (standard places)
If not found:
- take other fragment of table
- take other block with FAT table
- check Page parameter in config file of memory chip
