Basic structures
Using the mouse, select FAT32, FAT1, FAT2, Root.

The sector editor will move to the address of the selected structure.
Check the data in the sector is as it should be.

Also, check, there are no gaps in FAT tables.
Just as we did when looking for a mix.
Especially at blocks boundaries.
For this image, the block size is 0x20000.

Comparison of FAT tables
Right click on FAT32. Compare tables. You will see:
Code:
Compare tables
--------------
End

It means that both copies of the FAT are identical.

Directories check
Right Click on FAT32. Check_Dirs:
Code:
Check Dirs
----------
         1                   2                 3                 4
Dir 0x000fd400  Must be 0x000fd400  Diff +0x00000000  Claster 0x000003
Dir 0x01194c00  Must be 0x01194c00  Diff +0x00000000  Claster 0x004261
Dir 0x01fd0800  Must be 0x01fd0800  Diff +0x00000000  Claster 0x007b50

Where:
1 - the Address where the directory is found
2 - the Address where the directory should be
3 - ([1] - [2])
4 - the Cluster number where the directory should be

Diff is equal to zero.
This means the directory is in the correct position.

Random inspection
Look through directories.
Check files.

The coloured circles next to the files mean:
Code:
Green    - File header OK
Red      - File header corrupt
Grey     - unknown file type
Dark red - File address beyond image boundary
