Hello Sergey,
I have a HYNIX H2DTDG8UD1MYR nand.
I cannot create dump because 50 50 4E 01 be read when I read an ID from a reader.
I have seen a few times such a nand, is there a way to create a dump for corresponding nand?

No news
Strange that we see this situation on different chips from different manufacturers

Can try find datasheets
And compare pinouts with our TLGA adaper pinout

This package is called VLGA not TLGA

Don't know if this helps:

Type : E2NAND2.0
Product : H2DTDG8UD1MYR
Tech : 2xnm class
Density : 128Gb
Block Size : 2MB(8KB Page)
Stack : 2
Vcc/Org : 3.3v/X8
Package : VLGA

I think the problem here may be the "stack" part?

Also, someone on the web wrote this:
Quote:
"Hynix E2NAND, built-in ECC controller
"

BTW it is used in Apple iPad2

Hmm, that sounds very similar to ONFI's EZ NAND.
http://www.onfi.org/-/media/onfi/specs/onfi_4_0%20gold.pdf

Found some info about E2NAND here, but it doesn't really say much specific.. However, if the ONFI version is any indicator, some of the commands may take considerably longer to complete(resets take >10x longer with EZ NAND!) vs normal NAND chips. Maybe that is part of the trouble here?

I found a couple of those chips for sale through Alibaba if you want to play with them too Smile

We also have one case like this, Nand is H2DTDG8UD1MYR. We have ID 50 50 4E FE on first bank and 50 50 4E FF on second bank.
It came from a USB key with AU6987 controller.
