Do I need to double the Mb Size, like the example (in the "controller" section)
My Controller is 20-99-00121-1
In the example there is a 2Gb chip and the cfg file has to be set to 4096.

I think we use wrong method of reading.
I need to look on dump piece with FAT to make some suggestions.

I too think reading is incorrect.
Too many errors on verify.
Strange thing is, two reads produce identical results!

Verifying is reading twice and compare.
I see many repeated bytes in dump.
But i see some good places.
This 300k don't content FAT tables.
Do you found them?

We fight with every new SunDisk chip much time.
I want make small experiment.
Set in config:
MB = 64
COL = 2
RAW = 3
Make dumps with Page =
528, 2112, 4224, 8448
rar them, and put on ftp

Done the dumps, just working out how to upload.
I notice that the 528 page size only produced 2 verify errors.
Also I compare the 4 dumps in Winhex, different!

Yes i got them.
Page parameter is correct (2112).
But data is haotic.
To undestand how work SanDisk SDTNIGHSM-4096 i make special "spy" device.
But now i don't have sample chip.
What name of flash disk model?
Do you found links on shops?
In this case we can try solder our flash chip on identical fully functional flash disk.
(Usualy i recomend read flash content before this manipulation)
Can you put full dump on ftp?

I notice when I read with Page Size of 2112, verify produces hundreds of errors........
But with Page size 528, only few errors.
Actual flash chip is SDTNKLCHSM-4096
Flash drive is SDCZ6-4096RB
I'm trying to put 2Gb dump onto ftp now.
