|
|
Hi:
Processor: 20-99-00059-3
NAND: SDTNGCHEO-2048 (256 MB)
MNG = SunDisk
ID = 45 da a5 c0
Bits = 8
Page = 528
Block = 0x0
MB = 256
COL = 2
RAW = 3
READ = 30
SBACK = 0
RE_Down = 4
RE_Up = 2
SE_ = 0
Modified from 1024 version.
Page size set to 528 after 2112 give errant data (lots of differences and many blocks with last 128 bytes set to 0x30, 0x00, etc.
With Bits = 16 I get no ID
Have got a dump with some data but can not find FAT?? or FAT tables. I think there is a problem with the read routine ..
Any ideas ?
Mike

hi Sergei,
I can see directoy entries but they seem to be offset from where they would be expected typically 8 bytes.
I have rar'ed and uploaded to FTP. The compressed file size is only 1.5 MB...

hi Sergei,
Currently uploading.
I compared the files using Winhex File Compare and 528-2-2 and 528-2-3 gave identical dumps so I have only uploaded
528-1-3 and 528-2-2 to save time ansd space.

Hi Sergei,
Using page = 2112, all 3 dumps gave diff errors at evey sector during verification.
Using page=528 I only got errors on dump 1-3
Do you still want these dumps, or is there something else you want me to try first?

I managed to recover this one
What I did - Resoldered the chip back to the board and I could access the data!
It must have been a bad connection that was fixed when I resoldered.
Good result
