Try heat pcb.
This dump is bad.
Ignore_Busy = true?

Hi Sergei,
I repeated the process several times, but always get the same result.
Could it be the second bank is damaged ?
I'll take a close look to the chip and see if i can find something.

Sergei,
I compared the files from bank1 and they are identical. Not one single byte difference.
This means bank 2 is defective ???

In dump_1 i see same A5 in some places....
Rar dump_2 and upload again please.
