Its not boot sector.
Search next.
Look for boot sector after what starts FAT tables.
Or try search FAT tables with f8ffff/h/528/0

Hi Sergei,
I can find F8FFFF but the fat table seems to be missing; however, i found a lot of filenames.

That i really cannot remember Sergei; its to long ago.
It was a BGA package, perhaps that was the reason for the wrong ID ?

No.
I split your dump on 2 parts.
And they are identical.
This flash have 2 banks. 2 x 512 MB
You need re-read it !
Without it we have very small amount of photos.
I put them on ftp (Dobre.rar).

Hi Sergei,
When i look at the datasheet, this chip has each pin in double.
For example pin IO1-1 and IO1-2
For the second bank, do i have to read using IO1-2 or can that also be done by using IO1-1?
Best regards,
Dobre

I don't know answer
We can just try.
If you have same data, then you are wrong.
Can you send me picture of your adapter?
I too want me one :)

Sergei,
The adapter is made with the pcb for wire-connection you made.
I just solder each wire to the BGA.

Hi Sergei,
I reread the chip, and i get the signature EC DC 10 95
It gives me the same data and reads one dump of 1G
When i try the second bank that gives me all 0's
Can you check the config file ? I think there must be something with the configuration.
Thanks,
Dobre
