1) Layout from "DM 1150_1158 Xor e88a_256" works only to 309 page on every blocks, XOR is afer ECC so probably layout need be adjusted

Cut this page
And add one empty page to end of block
And layout will show green ECC map at this place
Continue. There is many pages to cut

There is difference at third page block mutate expression between you and Sergey. Maybe there is some errors.

Ou, this is bad. I think no
Only way work with ECC = ON, without ECC Fix
If VNR have standard xor. You can take it. And make xor for this case changing order of pages. Arvika made this already. So this is possible
