We are looking for companies who want to test, use or resell our products with great brand names PHOTORECOVERY, FILERECOVERY and VIDEORECOVERY. We will soon be releasing 2020 versions.

Hi Jeremy, feel free to drop me an email to test them.
VIDEORECOVERY can perform fragmented video recoveries so getting good results on many HD/4K videos now, and improving all the time.
FILERECOVERY will have improved File System recoveries. We can let you know when the 2020 versions are available to test sometime soon.

Do you have any success with recovery damaged mov files made by Flash Extractor for example from SanDisk drives?
When file is partitialy damaged

What I'm getting at is that I've seen MANY applications that claim to be able to recover damaged movie file but none work to the point where I'd actually put my name behind it.
The only original utility (technically website) which has ever been able to recover anything meaningful like video from SanDisk media is https://mp4repair.org and the person that operates it is super helpful / knowledgeable, I'd go so far to call him the Sergey of video.

Our software was written more for the ‘normal’ fragmentation that happens from how the camera wrote in the first place. Things like out of order atoms, interruptions in streams(thumbs/photos) even completely fragmented video streams like with certain GoPro models.
The issues with FE images can be a bit different to deal with since we also end up with issues regarding the data version, order or even outright existence in the assembled image, on top of the normal fragmentation too.
So it’s not directly intended to fix/work around those issues, but it can often help improve the result, especially with compound issues like that.
With new camera releases so common now, and the variations in resolution, FPS etc, we can also add support for them given a good clone of a test file.

I would like to test your software. I meet cases with deleted files from GoPro or MOV files with mixed up atoms by file system without this file system. I don't promise that I will start to test your software immediately but it would be great to have one "under my hand"  .
