And after clicking "Press OK" it gives:

Canceled.

I tried another chip (ec 1a a8 de) and it worked.

Yes i am 100% sure. The Canceled error is displayed directly after pressing "OK" No delay at all.

I tried on another computer, this also 64 bit Win-10. Same problem. And then I tried on an old XP-computer and got this:
Directly after pressing “Ok” it crashes with a blue screen:
“BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER”
STOP: 0x000000FE (0x00000001, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
Driver is WinXP_v5.rar

@Arthur: Try on diffrent ID, not ad 3a 18 03..... maybe error related only to this ID.
