Hi All,
I have a memory chip I'm trying to read but it's ID is coming up as 0x27 0x27 0x27 0x27.
Does anyone know if this means the chip is completely dead ?
Chip is:
Toshiba
THGBX2G8D4JLA01
32G LGA60

NR send Read ID command
And wait when RB (Ready) signal will be in active state
If too much time pass, he stop waiting
And retrun 27 27 27 27 ID
Try set Ignory_Busy = ON
