Sandisk MicroSD 8GB.

The memory chip ID is 45 ce 99 b2
There is a problem creating this memory dump file.
Three different dump files were created.
The first dump will be made with a packaged socket ( Toshiba BUS 8 )
The second dump is made as Toshiba BUS 16-8 because the controller is removed.
The third dump was made with the same chip ID, Sandisk BUS 16-8
Let me upload each dump.

I think this config is 16 bit or wrong. Have many cases like this, never solved.

Thank you for arvika's reply.

I blocked the controller signal.
Then they found a pin-out of Nandchip and made a dump.
This allowed the dump to be made with a complete 16bit signal.

However, 8 bits of dump and 16 bits of dump look the same.

Uploading dump.
I hope there will be a good result.

When I make a dump with DDR = ON, I get two consecutive values.
Should I Upload this dump?

First, I will upload a file made with DDR = ON.

DDR must be off

This mean that chip is 16-bit

Please tell me which properties to create the dump.
I'll make a dump with the properties you gave me.
We found and connected 16 bits of Pinfap, not 8 bits.
