I have re-read using ec d7 98 ca / 13. Correct layout looks more like SM3254 1066 v3 Xor 00f6 192 but still can't find mix

Still many bad bytes. ec d7 98 ca / 13 was the best result.

Are you able to build a mix with this result even for just RAW files?

I am uploading new dumps.

ECC in the upload is corrected.

I Tried Model: http://www.flash-extractor.com/library/SM/EN2683/EN2683B%20BA__ec_d7_98_ca__1x2

with Layout: SM3254 1066 v3 Xor 0208_64. Extracted with external application. Some dir structure found but no working files.

Can try make Test Retry on this new dump with option Combine = on
After it read second dump with different Retry Value
And make ECC_Combine

Thanks for you help. the other retry options didn't really change the result. i guess we will just have to call it unrecoverable. The chip itself must have gone bad.
