May be reader was broken, when you read it?

I give you small util.
She create disk image with enumed sectors.
You upload it to flash.
Then read dump.

I run utilit which makes image file, right? (~2.5Gb)
Then enable write.
And try to write this image to flash..
I just get..
Read_ID 45 b7 96 e5 Error .................. <-- I Already uncheck "Check ID"
Start 0x0
End 0xa4540000
Size 0xa4540000
Block 0x0
Canceled.
Error: Block = 0
Something I'm doing wrong? [Obviously!!  ]

Dublicate this image to full functional flash.
Use WinHex, or something else :)
